The Inherited Longines
Challenge
A 1970s Longines automatic, inherited from a client's uncle, had not been serviced in over a decade. It lost nearly two minutes per day and the crown felt gritty when winding.
Approach
Full mechanical rebuild: movement disassembled, all components cleaned ultrasonically, worn mainspring and click spring replaced with specification-matched parts, fresh synthetic lubrication applied.
Outcome
Rate reduced to within +4 seconds/day across six positions. Crown action restored to smooth operation. Completed in four weeks with all original worn parts returned to the client.

The Scratched Diver
Challenge
A daily-wear diving watch with a heavily scratched sapphire crystal and surface marks across the case. The owner wanted it looking fresh without losing its rugged character.
Approach
