Every watch that arrives at pendinmy begins with the same step: a careful conversation. We ask about the piece's history, its daily use, and any specific concerns you've noticed. From there, we conduct a visual and diagnostic assessment to understand what the movement and case truly need — rather than defaulting to a standard package.
This assessment-first philosophy means that our recommendations are specific to your watch. Some timepieces need only a gentle calibration; others benefit from cosmetic renewal; a few require the full attention of a complete rebuild. We present our findings plainly, with estimated costs and timelines, and proceed only with your approval.
Calibration & Regulation
A focused accuracy service for watches that are running fast or slow. The process involves rate measurement across multiple positions, fine adjustment of the regulator, and a water resistance check where applicable. Suitable for both quartz and mechanical movements. Work is performed using professional timing equipment calibrated to Swiss standards. The service typically requires two to four business days and includes a timing certificate showing before-and-after rate performance.

Crystal & Case Renewal
Restoration of external components that have accumulated scratches, dents, or cloudiness over time. Mineral and sapphire crystals are polished or replaced, cases are refinished to remove surface damage while preserving factory geometry, and gaskets are inspected to maintain dust and moisture resistance. This service is well-suited for daily-wear timepieces that have developed a well-loved patina the owner would like refreshed. Turnaround is three to seven business days. A photo comparison is provided upon completion.

Complete Mechanical Rebuild
An in-depth service for mechanical timepieces requiring full disassembly, cleaning, component evaluation, and reassembly. The movement is lubricated with modern synthetic oils, timed across six positions, and monitored over a forty-eight-hour observation window before case-back closure. Appropriate for watches that have not been serviced in five or more years or those with sentimental significance deserving thorough care. Three to five weeks turnaround. Accompanied by a detailed service record.
