Equipment is maintained on a documented schedule, and critical instruments are recalibrated to remain within acceptable tolerances.

Our service fees reflect the actual work involved — nothing more. We provide written estimates before beginning, and if an assessment reveals that a watch doesn't need extensive intervention, we will say so. There is no incentive in our process to recommend work that isn't necessary. Every service includes documentation, timing certificates, and any other deliverables described in the scope. You pay for skill and care, not for ambiguity.

We believe that service quality should be demonstrable, not just described. That's why every calibration includes a before-and-after timing certificate showing rate performance across positions. Crystal and case renewals come with a photographic comparison. Mechanical rebuilds are accompanied by a detailed service record documenting each step.
